Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party services (e.g., Stripe, GitHub, Gmail). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FoundrOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
